If you’re reading this I’m guessing you’re an adult and not a dopamine addicted iPad kid (if you are then just click here) and you have enough command over your attention span to read a guide for <8 min that will help you make money in any business if you’re just starting out.

Cool?

When I first started exploring online business I blight courses for EVERYTHING: Day trading, SMMA, coaching, copywriting, dropshipping, etc.

I made myself a deal that if I went into any business that I’d make sure I got at least 1 client or made $1,000 before I decided to quit.

I got myself at least 1 client OR made $1000 (usually both) in copywriting, SEO, coaching, Tik Tok affiliate, GoHighLevel, web design and I’m sure some more that I’m forgetting.

Starting from 0, learning a business, and setting up the foundations is the HARDEST PART of business. It’s NEVER going to be harder than when you have 0 clients, 0 case studies, almost no proof of concept, and you’re trying to convince someone to give you their money.

But a few principles were consistent across all of these businesses when it came to setting up the business, getting clients, and making money.

I’ll cover these 3 principles now:

  1. A business is money in
  2. Getting a customer acquisition mechanism is priority
  3. Stop Optimizing
